Hello from Women’s Hockey!

If you are looking for a club to join at George’s look no further (and if you’re not looking for a club to join you should reconsider and join hockey!). Joining a team is a brilliant way to meet people, have fun and get the full George’s experience. We are a friendly, fun club that caters for all levels of ability so whether you’re a seasoned pro or have never seen a hockey stick in your life there’s a place for you in our hockey family. We train on Monday evenings and play matches on Wednesday afternoons but we are also partial to the odd social or two including Circles in the SU bar, club nights and a good old fashioned curry all of which the boys’ team will often join us for. There is also the highlight of the year: TOUR – a weekend away in a surprise location. This year was Paris – next year???
